When a potential buyer shows an interest, we are there as a reliable partner in the dialog with the interested party. With our commitment and transaction experience, we lead the process from an indicative offer to a completed deal. Our team evaluates offers, coordinates and structures the due diligence process and negotiates commercial terms in both Letters of Intent (LOI) and Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA). We ensure that the deal is carried out professionally, focusing on both financial values and the people behind it.
